With a goal against a fragile Sheffield United side, Kluivert bagged his first goal in the Premier League.
Signed in the summer by Bournemouth, the flying Dutchman had already made his mark at his new club - but in a League Cup clash against Liverpool.
By scoring in the English top flight, Kluivert became only the second player this century to score in the top five leagues in European football - those being the top tiers of Germany, Spain, France, Italy and England.
A graduate of Ajax, where he began to make a name for himself as a professional in 2016, Kluivert began his European tour in Italy, where he played for Roma, scoring five goals in Serie A between 2018 and 2020.
This was followed by consecutive loan spells at RB Leipzig (three goals in the Bundesliga), Nice (four goals in Ligue 1) and Valencia (six goals in La Liga), before moving to Bournemouth.
Before Kluivert, Stevan Jovetic had also completed this feat.
Trained at Partizan, the Montenegrin striker made a name for himself at Fiorentina (41 goals in Serie A) and also had spells at Manchester City (eight goals in the Premier League), Sevilla (six goals in La Liga), Monaco (18 goals in Ligue 1) and Hertha Berlin (10 goals in the Bundesliga).
