20:12 BST - Guardiola has now won 15 major trophies in eight seasons as City manager and could add another in the FA Cup final next weekend.

The Catalan has a contract at the Etihad until 2025 and said he intends to see out at least one more year in Manchester.

"The reality is I am closer to leaving than staying after eight years," Guardiola said.

"We have talked with the club - my feeling is that I want to stay now. I will stay next season and during the season we will talk."

20:04 BST - Kai Havertz scored Arsenal's 89th-minute winner, but the German's goal came too late to give his team a miraculous title triumph.

Havertz admitted the last-day disappointment left a bitter taste, especially after they stormed through 2024 on a superb run that featured just one league defeat against Aston Villa.

"I feel sorry for all the Arsenal fans, for us, we gave our best but it wasn't enough," Havertz said.

"Maybe in two or three months we can say 'it was a good fight', but right now I feel like we deserved more. It wasn't enough in the end, but we go again next year.

"It's frustrating. When you see all the fans here it's tough, but I can tell them next year we're going to be an even better team."

18:58 BST - Here's City's trophy lift after securing a fourth-straight Premier League title:

18:54 BST - Away from City's triumph, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp bowed out from the Premier League. After their win, he asked supporters to show love to the man replacing him, Arne Slot.

"It doesn't feel like an end. It just feels like a start. Today I saw a football team play full of talent, youth, creativity, desire, greed. That's one part of development, that's what you need obviously," he said.

"You welcome the new manager like you welcomed me. You go all in from the first day. You keep believing. You push the team. I'm one of you now. I love you to bits.

"Thank you. You are the best team in the world. Thank you!"

07:40 BST - Good morning and welcome to our Football Tracker! It's the last round of fixtures for the Premier League this season, with the title, top six and final relegation spot still to be decided. Here's a quick list of permutations for the final day:

If Manchester City beat West Ham, they will be crowned champions for the fourth year in a row regardless of results elsewhere.

Arsenal must beat Everton and hope that City drop points to claim a first title in 20 years.

Premier League table

Chelsea need just one point against Bournemouth to confirm a sixth-place finish, while Newcastle must beat Brentford and hope that the Blues lose to leapfrog them in the table.

Manchester United require a miracle to reach sixth due to their bad goal difference but could sneak into seventh spot if they better Newcastle's result.

At the bottom, Luton are all but mathematically relegated - needing a 12-goal swing in their favour to stay up.
